I've been searching for superfoods around the net to try and I want to hear you guys out. Can you give examples of superfoods and their benefits? It would really help me out.
I'm an athlete who loves my body to be conditioned at all times and eating the right food is one way. I would greatly appreciate it if you guys would suggest some superfoods that are good for the body and mind. I'll give one example :Chia seeds which is good forthe joints of the body and is rich in protein content than other regular foods that we eat every day such as poultry. It's also a great substitute for spribkle toppings in your fruit shakes.
