More than 10,000 FIFA Mobile players banned just prior to FUT 22 Coins the TOTS promo.EA SPORTS has barred over 10,000 FIFA Mobile players in the period leading up to the most popular promotion of the year The Team of the Season (TOTS). The developers say players were caught cheating during AI matches.Team of the Season is being rolled out across FIFA 21 and includes Mobile.
The Community TOTS promotion in the mobile game is expected to kick off on April 29 with exactly the same players that play the traditional console and PC versions ?-- but many players will miss out on the promotion entirely.EA Sports announced on April 28 that they had exiled over 10,000 players due to cheating, just prior to the time the promotion was meant to drop.
The suspensions will be in effect for three weeks. That means players who were caught up during the ban waves won't be able to take part in the game completely, but will get another chance to strengthen their teams before the match runs its cycle."We've temporarily suspended more than 10,000 players for cheating in PvE/AI matches," they said in the statement.Exactly which cheating methods players used to cheat was not mentioned.
According to the rules of EA "cheating includes, but isn't included in using external tools, performing exploits in game as well as exploiting glitches or bugs.""Games perform at their most enjoyable when everyone plays on the same level playing field. Hacking, cheating, phishing, or anything else that provides you with a competitive advantage can ruin the experience for everyone else and alters the gaming balance."
The TOTS promotion is planned to include powered-up squads made up of cheap FIFA 22 Coins players from Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and more, and are usually the strongest players in the FIFA game's lifespan.
