Lumen Field is a long-standing NFL fixture. While some stadiums can be difficult due to the playing surface or Madden 22 coins weather conditions, then the home of the Seattle Seahawks is often a tough place for the opponents due to the roar of the 67,000+ supporters in attendance.

In this year's version of the Madden NFL video game series playing in Seattle will have some unique advantages during games. IGN will explain this to me since I don't have access early to any of the items. This is applicable to all 32 teams but this is Field Gulls and it's not like you care about any advantages that Detroit Lions receive.

The teams that are away from home and forced to play in notoriously hard stadiums like Lumen Field will see their playart wave dangerously, with certain receiver buttons hidden. EA calls these options "M-Factors" that are a unique benefit that all 32 teams can enjoy according to the pace of the game. Even the Chargers who are known for having more home fans than home fans will receive an offensive boost if they do particularly well at home.

Gameday Momentum refers to a meter that swings to one side or the other based on the flow of the game. There are benefits being available to the team at home when they are playing effectively. The Seahawks for instance, have three levels of homefield advantage: The 12's which can distort playart; Unstoppable which will stop home team players being sucked out of their X-Factor or Superstar abilities, and Nerves, which results in receiver icons not being visible. The homefield advantage differs between teams from one to another. In Denver stamina is a concern and in Chicago kick meters, things go off the rails (cue visions of Double Doink).

This sounds really cool. Although we are a little away from the actual game to show how it operates in practice, Seattle was used as an illustration. I'm hoping that they will be the focus of any video in the coming weeks.

This is the trailer for Madden NFL 22, which has already received a massive number of downvotes.
